Share plc (AIM: SHRE.LN) announces that Iain Wallace, Compliance and Legal Services Director of the Company, has today exercised 250,000 options over Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.17% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of 14.5 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted in May 2008, 215,249 under the Company's Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) scheme and the remaining 34,751 under the Company's Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme.

Iain Wallace has also today sold the 250,000 shares at 23.0 pence per ordinary share.

Following these transactions Iain Wallace continues to hold 148,983 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.1% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
