Carr's (CRM.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group announces that today Neil Austin (Group Finance Director) bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 1630 pence per share. Following this transaction, Neil Austin is interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
