Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U were advised today that Mrs Andrea Coombs, wife of Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U had, on 20 April 2012 and 9 May 2012, transferred 150,891 and 11,875 S&U Ordinary Shares respectively at nil cost to Anthony Coombs, Chairman of S&U.

Following these transactions, the beneficial holdings of Anthony Coombs remain unchanged at 727,330 Ordinary Shares representing 6.2% of the total voting rights of the Company.
