The Ordinary Shares acquired by the Executive Directors as announced on 12 January 2016 have been treated as 'Investment Shares' under the Faroe Petroleum plc Co-Investment Plan, and the Remuneration Committee, which is comprised wholly of non-executive directors, has made an award of conditional Matching Shares to the following directors:
