- Correcting Announcement
Further to the announcement made on 14 April 2015 regarding the exercise under the Interserve Performance Share Plan options over 94,234 shares by Mr T P Haywood, please note that 60,888 ordinary shares of 10 pence each were retained not 54,148 shares of 10 pence each, as originally stated. 33,346 shares of 10 pence each were sold at 577.00 pence per share to fund the tax and NI costs.
Taking account of the abovementioned adjustment and 87 shares subtracted by the broker in respect of its fees relating to the transfer of shares into ISA accounts, Mr Haywood's total holding in the Company is therefore 115,052 ordinary shares of 10p each representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital and not 108, 399 shares as originally stated.
