Following this transaction, Mr David Horner, a Director of Chelverton Growth Trust PLC and Managing Director of Chelverton Asset Management Limited (the investment managers of Chelverton Growth Trust PLC) is deemed to be interested in a total of 1,005,000 Ordinary shares (representing 5.70% of the total number of shares in circulation).
