Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today of the following transaction by a Director:

On the 31 December 2008, Ian Henson ('Mr Henson'), Finance Director, purchased 8,250 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Henson is now interested in 237,902 Ordinary Shares representing 2.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

The total number of voting shares in Cavanagh Group PLC is 11,597,047.
