Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that John Bishop, a non-executive Director of Renew, has informed the company that on 16 October 2015 he was notified that a discretionary managed fund in which he and his wife are invested acquired 1,890 ordinary shares of 10p each. The acquisition took place on 11 September 2015 at a price of 320p per share. This represents 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Bishop, and connected parties, resultant holding in the Company is 11,890 shares (0.019% of the issued share capital).
