Notification of Transactions by Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R (1) (a), the Company notifies that, on 13 May 2015, Simon Hope, a PDMR, was granted an option over Ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at an option price of 673p per share pursuant to the Savills Sharesave Scheme. The options will become exercisable from 1 July 2018 until 31 December 2018.
