Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 24 September 2015 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought a further 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of 96.1 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 213,333 shares.
