The Company was today notified that on 1 April 2009 Ian Dinwoodie, a Director of the Company, purchased 64,184 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Dinwoodie's total beneficial interest in the Company is 188,727 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
