The Company was notified on 31 March 2010 that earlier that day, Mr John Bee, Non-Executive Director, had gifted 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to his wife, Mrs JL Bee, for nil consideration.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Bee, including Mrs Bee's capacity as trustee for their grandchildren, have a notifiable interest in the Company which remains unchanged at 44,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the issued share capital.
