("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed that today John Laughlin, Head of Sales and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a purchase price of 545 pence per share.

The aggregate holding of Mr Laughlin has therefore increased to 16,138 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
