Sphere Medical Holding plc (AIM: SPHR.L), an innovative point-of-care monitoring and diagnostic devices company, announces that on 8 June 2016 it was informed that Meinhard Schmidt, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred his 187,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company between nominee accounts for nil consideration. Mr Schmidt's total holding remains 187,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13% of the Company's issued share capital.
