Following the vesting of a commencement share award, the Company on 30 June 2010 purchased 34,000 shares in the name of Robert Noel at a price of 562.6816p per share.

Of these shares, 17,340 were sold on 30 June 2010 at a price of 562.6816p per share to meet the PAYE tax/NI liability.

In addition, 16,660 shares were sold on 30 June 2010 at a price of 562.6816p per share by Robert Noel. On the same day 16,660 shares were purchased at a price of 561.5p per share by London & Colonial Services Limited as custodian for Robert Noel's SIPP.
