Director's shareholding

The Company has been notified that on 5th October 2010, Neill Ricketts, Divisional Managing Director of Elektron Ventures, acquired 2,800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 34 pence per share.

Mr Ricketts acquired the shares to satisfy the directors' share qualification requirements contained within the Articles of Association of the Company.

Following this acquisition, Mr Ricketts is now interested in 2,800 ordinary shares in Elektron, which represents 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital.
