Charles Taylor Consulting plc announces that the Company was informed on 1 April 2010 that Mr. Alistair Groom, an Executive Director of the Company and Mrs Jennifer Groom, have each transferred 4,500 Ordinary Shares into personal ISA's on 1 April 2010.
Mr. Groom's interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
