The Company received a notification on 3 December 2007 that on 11 November 2007 Jessie Lightbody transferred 4,552,322 shares in the Company to her son, Martin Lightbody a director of Finsbury Food Group plc.
Subsequent to the transfer Jessie Lightbody no longer holds any shares in the Company. Martin Lightbody's total shareholding has increased to 13,700,000 shares representing 26.63% of the issued share capital of the Company.
