Notification of transaction of PDMR

On 2 December 2015, Saga plc (the "Company") granted a conditional share award (the "Award") over 99,552 ordinary shares ("Shares") to Matt Atkinson, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR").

The Shares will vest on 23 September 2018, or as soon thereafter as dealings in Shares are permitted under the Company's dealing code. The Award has been granted in connection with Mr Atkinson's recruitment and there are no performance conditions attached to the Award. Vesting of the Award will normally be subject to Mr Atkinson's continued employment with the Company.

On vesting, Mr Atkinson will be entitled to additional Shares representing the value of reinvested dividends on those Shares that vest.

The Shares to satisfy the Award will be sourced from the Company's Employee Benefit Trust and will not involve a new issue of Shares.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4
