Director Dealing

The Company was informed yesterday that on 7 June 2011 John Harding transferred 54,545 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at 55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction there is no change in John Harding's beneficial interest in the Company.

John Harding remains interested in 338,886 Ordinary Shares representing 0.4% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.

In addition, the Company has today been informed that on 6 June 2011 Philip Barton transferred 48,600 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his SIPP at 55 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction there is no change in Philip Barton's beneficial interest in the Company.

Philip Barton remains interested in 453,681 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
