REA announces that on 28 May 2012 it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority that Mr J M Green-Armytage, a director of REA, purchased in London on 28 May 2012, 2,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of 511 pence per share.
