Mr. Tan Boon Seng's shares were acquired indirectly through Wang Tak Company Limited ("Wang Tak") (a company wholly owned by Lee Hing Development Limited where Mr. Tan Boon Seng is a substantial shareholder).

Subsequent to the above purchases, the interests held by these Directors in the Company are as follows:-

Mr. Paul Selway-Swift 412,171 ordinary shares, of which 212,171 ordinary shares are held indirectly

through his wife

Mr. Tan Boon Seng: 30,985,650 ordinary shares all held indirectly through Wang Tak
