Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), a supplier securing the logistics of people and product to a variety of industrial sectors, announces that it has been informed that on 17 June 2026, Lynden Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 13,125 shares at a price of 79.5 pence per share.
Following these purchases Mr Jones holds 450,00 shares in the Company representing approximately 5.7% per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital.
