Director Dealings
The Company (AIM: EPO) has been informed that Hank Uberoi, a Director of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence at a price of 15.75 pence per share on the 28 March 2012. These shares were acquired in the name of HU Investments L.L.C, as the legal and beneficial holder.
Following the purchase of the shares, Mr Uberoi's total shareholding in the Company is 10,031,818 shares, representing 3.52% of the total issued share capital.
Mr Uberoi also holds 15,000,000 options and 14,647,905 warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company.
