Notification of transaction by person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and by connected person 

REA announces that today it received notification, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, that on 21 January 2015 Fleetwood-Hesketh Limited sold to Mrs Jane Elizabeth Landon, both being persons connected with Mr R E Landon, a PDMR, in London 2,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in REA at a price of 330p per share.
