Purchase by Director
Total Voting Rights - Voting Rights and Capital
Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM, the energy storage and clean fuel company, today acquired 29,452 Ordinary Shares in ITM at a price of 17.25p per share. Following this purchase, Dr. Cooley has an interest in 133,608 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
The issued share capital consists of 102,842,735 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 102,842,735 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
