Havelock Europa PLC was notified on 24 November 2015 that on 23 November 2015, Peter Dillon, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 85,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 9.0 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Dillon's beneficial holding in the Company is 763,070 shares representing 1.98% of the Company's issued share capital.
