Following this transfer, Mr P C T Warner has a non-beneficial interest in9,499,240 shares, representing 17.75 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinaryshare capital and Mr R H Warner has a non-beneficial interest in 5,723,095shares, representing 10.7 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital.
