Dealings by PDMR

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised that on 14 December 2012, Jim Martin and Paul Mitchell, Non Executive Directors of the Company acquired 8,250 and 16,750 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively. The shares were acquired at a price of 8.0 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above purchase, Jim Martin now has a beneficial interest in 374,259 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.61 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company and Paul Mitchell now has a beneficial interest in 255,573 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.41 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
