Imagination Technologies Group plc ('Company') Directors' Dealings

On 2 November 2009, Geoff Shingles (Chairman), Hossein Yassaie (CEO) and Trevor Selby (CFO), all Directors of the Company, have each exercised a share option over 6,435 shares granted to them in September 2006 under the Company's Save-As-You-Earn scheme at an exercise price of 60.5 pence. The Directors have retained all these shares.
