Director's Dealing
The Company was informed on 23rd September 2014 that Mr Douglas Grant, a Director of the Company has transferred 175,000 Ordinary Shares to a family member and no longer retains a beneficial interest in these shares.
As a result of this transaction the total holding of Ordinary Shares held by Mr Douglas Grant is 505,821 representing 0.50% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
