Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been advised that Tony Reeves, Executive Chairman of the Company, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 16 May 2014, representing 0.15 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company, at a price of 0.6p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Reeves is beneficially interested in 28,931,948 ordinary shares, representing 8.60 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
