Town Centre Securities PLC announces that the following Directors have on 7 December 2012 acquired the following ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the company under the Town Centre Securities PLC Share Incentive Plan ("The Plan").
The price paid was the lower of the average closing price of the shares between certain specified dates in June 2012 and November 2012.

Following the acquisition of the shares Mr Ziff's holding in the company is 5,855,422 beneficial shares, representing 11.01% of the issued share capital.
Following the acquisition Mr Lewis' holding in the company is 320,837 beneficial shares, representing 0.60% of the issued share capital.
Following the acquisition Mr Kelly's holding in the company is 13,636 beneficial shares, representing 0.03% of issued share capital.
The company was notified of such acquisitions on 7 December 2012.
