Sinclair IS Pharma plc (SPH.L), ("Sinclair" or the "Group") the international specialty pharma company, was informed on 24 June 2014 that earlier that day Stuart Swanson, a Non-Executive Director, acquired 900,000 ordinary shares in Sinclair at an average price of 32p per share. Following this purchase Stuart Swanson has a beneficial interest in 10,150,000 ordinary shares representing 2.04% of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
