The Company has been informed that on 5 October 2010 Jon Manson had 3,571,374 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") transferred to him from his wife (Avril Manson) at nil consideration. Following this transaction there is no change in Jon Manson's beneficial interests in the Company.

Jon Manson remains interested in 8,249,600 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 9.71% of the Company's current issued share capital with voting rights.
