PDMR Share Option Award

On 1 August 2008 options over 200,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company were granted to Ian Todd (person discharging managerial responsibility) under the RM plc 2004 Executive Share Option Scheme. The options are exercisable in the period 1 August 2011 to 1 August 2018 at a price of 181.6p per share, subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions.

As a result of this grant, Ian Todd now holds options over a total of 511,252 ordinary shares in the Company.
