Director Shareholding

The Company announces that on 29 May 2008 David Cotterell, who has been appointed as a director of the Company with effect from 1 July 2008, has disposed of 125,000 SQS ordinary shares ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of £2.98 per share. 

Following this disposal, Mr Cotterell has an interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital.
