Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or "the Company"), the UK based energy solutions company, today announces that the Company has received notification that Mary Anne Gutteridge, wife of Stephen Gutteridge, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence on 30 November 2011 at a price of 17.25 pence per share. Following the purchase, Stephen Gutteridge has a beneficial interest in 254,166 ordinary shares, which equates to 0.16 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
