Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 5th March 2009 that on that day Mr Patrick Willink, Operations Director, bought 5,100 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company, at a price of 57.4p per share.
As a result of this transaction Patrick Willink and his connected parties have a notifiable interest in the Company of 89,215 Ordinary Shares representing 1.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
