Grant of options under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme
On 17 June 2009 2,832 options over ordinary 10p shares in the Company were granted to each of Michael Spencer and David Casterton under the ICAP plc 2008 Sharesave Scheme at an option price of £3.23.
The exercise period for this award will commence on 1 August 2012 and will last for a period of six months to 31 January 2013.
