The Company has been notified that John Sievwright, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 594 ordinary shares in the Company on 30 July 2015 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. These shares were acquired at a purchase price of £5.2559 per share.

The Company has also been notified that John Sievwright acquired 279 ordinary shares in the Company on 11 February 2015 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. These shares were acquired at a purchase price of £4.6539 per share. 

Following the above transactions, John Sievwright has an interest in 20,873 ordinary shares in the Company.
