DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 1022 shares have been purchased at £6.94 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included eighteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page.
Also included in the purchase were eighteen shares for Mrs Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
