The Company has been notified by Charles Gregson, the Chairman of the Company, that he has acquired 1,681 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 February 2015 as a result of his participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired at a purchase price of £4.6539 per share. Following this transaction, Charles Gregson has an interest in 236,263 ordinary shares in the Company.
