The Company was advised yesterday that, on 25 November 2008, Dermot Gleeson, Non-executive Chairman, acquired a further 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a purchase price of £0.77 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Dermot Gleeson owns 996,869 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.89% of issued Ordinary Share capital.
