Person discharging managerial responsibility shareholding
The Company has been notified that David Casterton has acquired 1,011 ordinary shares in the Company as a result of electing to receive scrip dividend shares in respect of some of his holding in the Company for the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2010. Following this transaction, David Casterton has an interest in 259,749 ordinary shares in the Company.
