DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that trusts in which Martin Harris is regarded as being beneficially interested by virtue of his children of minority age being interested sold 60,000 shares on 1st August 2013. Further, Martin Harris is no longer interested in 112,500 shares which have been transferred to a non-PDMR family member.
