Director's share purchase

On 10 August 2011 Bill Shannon, a non-executive director, notified Rank (under the obligations imposed by paragraph DTR 3.1.2 R of the FSA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules) that, on 10 August 2011, he purchased 5,000 ordinary 138/9p shares in Rank at a price of 119.16p per share, thereby increasing his notifiable beneficial share interest to 48,123 ordinary shares, representing 0.01% of the total number of shares currently in issue.
