Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today that on 13 September 2011, Mike McTighe, a Director, transferred his entire holding of 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in WYG ("WYG Shares") to TD Waterhouse Nominees Limited, as nominee, at nil cost. Following this transaction there is no change to the beneficial interest of Mr McTighe and his connected persons who continue to hold 200,000 WYG Shares representing 0.31% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
