Rotala has been notified of the following Director's Dealing which occurred on 2 December 2014:
John Gunn, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 53.5 pence per share.
Following this share sale, John Gunn has in total a direct and indirect interest in the Company of 9,457,447 ordinary shares. This represents a holding of 24.58% of the shares in issue.
