Director Shareholding

The Company announces that on 19 May 2008 a member of the family of Rudolf van Megen, a director of the Company, has acquired on the Deutsche Bõrse, Frankfurt, 910 SQS ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") for € 3.61 per share. 

Following this purchase, Mr van Megen and his family have an interest in 4,203,863 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 19.5 per cent. of the Company's current total issued ordinary share capital.
